Wellness Wednesdays: Mental Health and Well-being Tips for All

Be an Unsung Hero and Spread Kindness

Giving is one of the greatest gifts we have been given. Wow! Doesn’t that seem like a strange statement? But when you practice everyday kindness and giving you will know what it means. There is huge value for you when you give, when you are kind.

The Bible says that it is better to give than to receive and if you try it you will see that as the giver you will receive what money can’t buy; happiness, love, deep understanding and connection with others, a greater sense of peace that you are making a positive difference in your world.

In today’s Wellness Wednesday post, you will be given two opportunities to be inspired by others kindness acts.

Try this:

As a class, group or family watch the following video about how kindness impacts everyone you meet, including you:

That Commercial: “Unsung Hero” (3:06)

Ask yourself, there is no wrong answer:

Since watching the video, what are you inspired by? How will things be different for you now?
Do you think you will make some changes to your giving life? How?
